Refund policy

Classes

Nestria does not offer refunds for classes that occur as scheduled. If for whatever reason a class must be cancelled, Nestria will refund your method of payment within three business days from the cancellation. Missed classes cannot be applied to subsequent offerings of a class. Payment for one specific date cannot be applied to a future date once the registration is complete.

Plans

Nestria does not offer refunds for recurring class Plans. Once a subscription has been charged, it cannot be reversed. Unused classes at the end of the plan period will be lost, and cannot be applied to future months or plans. Cancellation of a plan can occur at any time, but the plan is not pro-rated- the previously billed month will continue until its scheduled expiration, and the cancellation will only occur to future subscription charges.
