The Performance Transparence and Mastercard Programs team has two major functions: the Program Management organization which organizes and drives consistency to the Program and Products structure of Mastercard, and the Reporting and Analytics organization that drives consistency of reporting across Mastercard. This team manages data sources and program related data so that they can curate and deliver world leading proactive data analytics through visualizations to program owners, product owners, and customers throughout Mastercard.

Interns on this team may:
Be responsible for deliverables focused around metrics, reporting, data quality and strategy for Mastercard programs
Interact across all programs within Mastercard

All about You
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program majoring in Finance, Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field with a graduation date of Fall 2022 or later
Strong interest in technology through a data-driven lens
Continuous improvement mindset
Team player - ability to build relationships with people and teams across the organization
Strong organization, communication, and project management skills
