Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities:

Lead a global team of engineers accountable for the SaaS platform across the enterprise.
Develop enterprise collaboration tools and/or implement industry leading solutions that integrate with company workflows.
Responsible for the modernization of enterprise applications and access “anywhere” through mobile technologies.
Partner with the development team leads to instill a set of enterprise best practices and standards for the engineering team.
Partner with the Enterprise Architect, DevOps, QA, and Product teams to produce best of breed solutions.
Assist with staffing and resource assignments.
Manage multiple international projects in a fast-paced environment with changing business priorities.

Job Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading a team of developers.
Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS).
Knowledge of web and mobile architecture.
Python and Django experience.
Comfortable in DevOps / Container based environments.
Relational database experience.
Working with GIT.
JavaScript and React knowledge. React Native is a plus.
Celery experience preferred.
Microservice architecture experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or a combination of equivalent work experience and education required.
Ability to work with multiple teams across the globe.
