JOB TITLE: Salesforce Senior Technical Architect

DEPARTMENT: Cloud Consulting

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The role encompasses strategic planning, solution design, system administration, and technical support of both Client's Salesforce org as well as the Salesforce orgs of Cloud Consulting customers.

· Perform a health check and audit of the Client's Salesforce org and report findings and recommended actions

· Troubleshoot, fix, test, and deploy integrations

· Manage data cleanup and deduplications efforts, and perform data migrations, as required

· Review the org-to-org integrations used to manage client support cases; document issues; make recommendations

· Assist Client's resources to finalize requirements and acceptance criteria for a collaborative customer service and support system

· Design a scalable and extensible technical solution on the Salesforce platform for Client's to manage client service and support using a collaborative support model

· Work with Ability Central leadership to develop a Salesforce Roadmap that will support the current and future needs of the Cloud Consulting, Philanthropy, and Web Portal teams

Organizational Relationships

· Works and collaborates with the Practice Manager, Project Manager, Salesforce Consultants, Salesforce Administrators, and other Client's staff members and management.

• · Regularly interact with Client's clients (staff and management) during project delivery activities and post implementation support.
