About You
Basic Qualifications Software Engineer
- 5+ years of software development experience, preferred in an enterprise software product.
- Experience in designing and building complex software systems, components.
- Proficient developing software in Java, algorithms, and complexity analysis
- Experience in frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, J2EE
- Solid grasp of design patterns, coding best practices and be able to write unit-testable code.
- BS and/or master’s in computer science, Engineering or related field preferred.
Other Qualifications
- Experience building a SaaS/BI/Reporting/Analytics product.
- Working knowledge of SQL, REST.
- Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Microservices (Kubernetes), Service Oriented Architecture and Application Integration Design Patterns.
- Systems engineering, any kind of kernel development (databases, OS, OLAP compute engines)
- Attention to detail and deep understanding of engineering best practices.
- Experience with Agile development
- Experience with AWS, Azure, SaaS applications, and other modern cloud-based tools
- Expertise in JSON, RESTful services, and similar related technologies
