What We Need:


We are looking for talented, energetic, curious problem-solvers who will be a great fit into our fast moving culture. In turn, we will help you acquire specific skills where needed.


What You'll Do:


You will be building applications quickly, usually in 3 weeks or less, that address the urgent strategic needs of our executives using cutting edge technologies. Applications created by the team support all areas at iHeart including Sales, Events, Creative, Finance and HR. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participates in full stack development of business solutions.

  • Conducts technology solution research & analysis.

  • Prepares & delivers reports as required.

  • Assists in developing and broadening interest in iHeartMedia.

What You'll Need:

Hands on software development skills using Microsoft Visual Studio (C#), HTML, and/or Java (specifically React). Knowledge of relational databases and SQL a big plus:

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to rapidly and independently build solutions that people love

  • You must possess natural technical curiosity and the desire to learn new things quickly

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; active listening; effectively conveying information; ability to proofread & edit

  • Planning & organizing; focusing on urgent and important tasks; avoiding procrastination; showing attention to detail; meeting deadlines

  • Innovation & Creativity

  • Leadership in peer relationships

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently

  • Flexibility & creativity; can adapt to shifts in priorities and urgencies

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms, e.g., Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Instagram, Pinterest


Compensation:


Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
