IT Data Analytics & Management Intern
Job Description:
We’re looking for a talented intern to join the IT – Data Analytics & Management team. You will be a key player in the team and help us build the next generation data & analytics capability that will power our data-driven enterprise, and support our growth.
Responsibilities:
- End to end delivery of assigned projects within Analytics, MDM or Integrations
- Work closely with developers, analysts, project managers, and business partners for requirements and design
- Build, test, debug, and deploy code
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues
Projects will be finalized in Q1-Q2’23. Below are some examples:
- Qlik Development – Build a report or dashboard to provide visibility into key performance metrics for a specific business unit or enterprise, or improve an existing report or dashboard
- DW Development – Build ETL processes to load and transform data inside of data warehouse, or optimize an existing process for speed & performance
- Integration Development – Build Integration processes to publish data from one application to multiple systems, or optimize an existing process for speed & performance
- Data Analysis / Science – Analyze data to uncover patterns, or create simple predictive models for forecasting
Requirements:
- Senior or Grad School
- SQL and Database Knowledge
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle
- Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills
Schedule & Pay:
- Summer internships will begin in mid-May and end in mid-August
- Intern schedule is full-time, Monday - Friday (hours can be flexible based on your availability)
- We offer competitive wages – hourly pay varies based on position and experience
- Bi-Weekly “Pit Stop” Check-In Meetings with HR and Mentor
- Finish Line: Interns will create final presentations to showcase what they learned, takeaways from their experience, and opportunities they see for the company
