Software Engineer/Full Stack Web Developer
Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced (4+ years) developer who possesses both front-end and back-end skills. You will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting business applications for various function units across the company. You will also analyze existing application design, develop, test, and document improvements for new features. You will work with business users directly, collaborate with other team members and be responsible for the application delivery from the beginning to the end. You will also lead/participate in architecture and technical roadmap planning sessions, propose development and architecture best practices.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Minimum four years of software development experience
• Minimum two years of experience with full-stack web development
• Minimum two years of experience with Node.js, React, SQL and MongoDB
• Experience with one or more full-stack web frameworks, such as Next.JS, SvelteKit or equivalent
• Experience with one or more front end UI tool kits such as bootstrap, tailwind css, Blueprint.js or equivalent.
• Experience with data model/schema design in both relational database (MS SQL Server or equivalent)) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Experience with back-end processes and APIs development, including database access, REST and/or GraphSQL.
• Experience with UX/UI design
• Experience with Linux web and proxy server configuration including Apache, Nginx, and Windows IIS
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipeline setup. GitLab experience is a plus
• Ability to understand the business and translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business environments and managing multiple priorities
• Willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams

• Experience with Salesforce development/customization is a strong plus
• Experience with AWS services is a plus
• Experience with SSO (SAML, OAuth2) implementation is a plus
