We are seeking interns for Summer 2022. Running from June 6th - August 12th, this paid program provides eligible students with opportunities to work on meaningful projects that contribute to the organization's success while developing their personal and business acumen. Interns gain insights into the business of basketball, get firsthand access to a global sports organization and interact directly with NBA, WNBA, NBA G League, and/or NBA 2K League employees and executives.
Intern placements are based on current business needs, and the intern's skills, interests, and relevant experience. All positions are located at the NBA League offices in NYC or Secaucus, NJ. Interns will be required to work five (5) full days (approximately 40 hours) per week.

Position Summary
Do you have an understanding of how technology supports and drives business processes? We have several internship positions focused on HR Systems and IT.
Interns will have the opportunity to support day-to-day operations in these areas while also completing major projects. Example projects include:
- Assist with the installation of malware detection across all data center server infrastructure globally
- Support the redesign of our new hire portal
- Help test and select a new IT Voice platform

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Microsoft Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication Excellent time management and organization skills
- Prior internship experience in IT
- Experience with working on HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft)
- Data-analytics or data visualization
Ideal Educational Background
To qualify for the Intern Program, students must:
Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
AND
Be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate college or university and be between their junior and senior year as of the Summer 2022
OR
Be enrolled in an accredited graduate program (typically MBA or law) and be between their first and second year, or, if law students, between their first and second or between their second and third years as of the Summer 2022.
