Job Summary And Opportunity

We are looking for a VP, Product Manager to join our Commercial Banking team in Treasury Management. In this role, you will provide holistic ownership and leadership over assigned Treasury Management product. Drive the overall direction of the product set(s) based on bank and divisional strategy, client demand, market research and innovative thinking. Focus on new product development and roadmap execution, while also maintaining day-to-day product management responsibilities which may include managing.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in comparing different types of treasury products and services
  • Employs the commonly used treasury service tools or techniques
  • Liaises with the major units and sub-functions within the treasury function
  • Resolves day-to-day operational issues with business cycles associated with treasury services
  • Works in a treasury function and can describe the roles and responsibilities necessary to appropriately carry out tasks
  • Assesses own unit's product alternatives, costs, and pricing
  • Explains current status, delivery alternatives and announced updates to products and services
  • Obtains information about product and service linkages with other products and services elsewhere in organization
  • Researches the target market and how the product and services are sold and delivered
  • Summarizes key features of major products or services in own unit
  • Analyzes characteristics of an assigned market and its segments
  • Delivers customer value within parameters of profitability and other targets
  • Escalates systemic problems that could affect customer satisfaction
  • Highlights new or unexpressed customer needs
  • Summarizes strategies related to key operating issues and key players within the market
  • Analyzes characteristics of an assigned market and its segments

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years’ treasury management or similar field
  • FX & Cross border payments product management
  • Ability to drive results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong decision making and critical thinking

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CTP, AAP, CSPO, or CSM certification
