Your Impact


Jacobs is looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer/Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the software development team in all aspects of the SDLC; analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Duties/Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Developing applications (coding, programming)

  • Debugging and testing code

  • Collaborate with team members to develop new applications and improve existing systems.

  • Document and test software applications

  • Learning about new technologies

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field

  • Experience with various programming languages; Python, Java, Go, C, C++, JavaScript

  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Ability to work in a fast past-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodology; scrum, Kanban

  • Self-motivated and results oriented
