We’re currently looking for:
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for developing and maintaining expert understanding of all RingCentral applications and products.
Developing advanced system configurations and implementations in response to customer needs and requirements; Actively participating as a subject matter expert for certain products and technologies, providing consultative support to other Sales Engineers in their area of specialization; Assisting with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities; Presenting customer facing workshops and webinars for channel partners, helping to educate both channel partners and their customer base on the benefits of cloud through RingCentral; Presenting workshops/enablement sessions with channel partners to keep them up to date on the latest processes, offerings, and engaging in knowledge transfer sessions; Directing account responsibilities for selected accounts in assigned territory; Providing direct support for the technical fulfilment of RFl's, RFQ's and RFPs in their assigned territory; Presenting and demonstrating RingCentral products to technical stakeholders and executives in assigned accounts and acted as the solution expert across RFP's, helping to translate client needs into successful RingCentral deployments; Managing all customer feature requests including documentation of customer requirements, prioritization of all customer requests within each account, and driving development of key features with the product team; Assisting channel partners and potential customers on pre-sales design and architecture and demonstrations; Providing post sales technical support for existing RingCentral customers.
REQUIRED SKILLS/TOOLS: Experience with VoIP, cloud platforms, cloud telecommunications, Avaya systems architecture, RFl, RFQ, RFP, sales design, sales architecture and sales demonstrations is required.
QUALIFICATIONS: US Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field, plus three (3) years of related experience. Will accept single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or professional experience and credentials determined by a qualified evaluation service to be equivalent to a US Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
