In collaboration with Sales, Technology & Products, and our Partner community, we bring the full power of MuleSoft to help customers achieve business value faster.

The Customer Success team is responsible for ensuring our customers are successful with MuleSoft. They help customers learn how to use the product and ensure they have the tools & skills they need to succeed. The Customer Success Enablement team does the same thing for our Customer Success Managers - we make sure our employees have the tools & skills they need to succeed in their career at MuleSoft.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Summer Customer Success (CS) Enablement Intern will support our global CS Enablement & CS Operations team with various projects related to content design & management, event planning & logistics and data & analytics. We are looking for a passionate intern that is excited to make an impact on our team!

YOUR IMPACT (RESPONSIBILITIES):

  • Development: Learn about MuleSoft's product, messaging, and strategy
  • Content Design & Management: Assisting to re-brand enablement materials and keep our knowledge base updated
  • Event Planning & Logistics: Helping to coordinate our New Hire Bootcamps and organizing product training for all new hires
  • Data & Analytics: Running reports from our e-learning system and sharing insights with CS Leadership

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current Junior (Rising Senior) pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage time effectively (Project Coordination/Task Management Skills)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graphic design / Branding experience
  • Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets and Powerpoint / Google Slides
