Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent

5 or more years full stack developing user experience, services and data layers
-
3 or more years team technical leadership and agile delivery
-
Skilled in delivering features using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, NodeJS, SQL and No-SQL

Experience designing and developing reusable UI components and RESTful services
-
Experience designing features across user experience, services and data layers
-
Experience with cloud development, preferred GCP
-
Experience leading test development
-
Experience collaborating with with Product Manager and Program Manager prioritize and deliver features
-
Experience collaborating and designing deployments with DevOps
Additional Details
-
The estimated compensation for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus and an equity grant.
Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the sprint process of sprint planning, story grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives

Plan and estimate feature development to deliver features on schedule

Design, develop, and maintain user experiences and services

Cross team collaboration to solve problems and design complex features

Mentor team members to improve skills and overall quality

Design complex solutions and plan work across multiple teams

Support and improve the agile delivery process
