About the role:

Our Engineering Boost Team is seeking an experienced Software Engineer who will be able to deep-dive into all aspects of the code and technology stack to quickly resolve critical customer issues. We need a proactive, problem solver who will make improvements that will delight our customers. This person will also provide technical support for our customer facing team. Key responsibilities

  • You will work as part of a dedicated Kanban team on urgent, time-sensitive customer issues
  • You have proven experience in investigating issues, finding problems, and working towards solving them
  • You have a demonstrated ability to take responsibility for an issue and see to the resolution
  • Collaborating with other team members you will contribute to overall product delivery
  • On a day to day basis, you will work along with the Product Owner and Customer Team on prioritization and Scrum Team leaders on codebase and issue resolution

Key objectives

  • In this position, you will utilize your knowledge and expertise to boost customer experience by solving critical, time-sensitive issues within agreed timeframes
  • You will also implement other important updates in collaboration with our project scrum teams

Position requirements

  • Expertise with .NET and JavaScript programming languages
  • 3+ years experience working on full-stack development
  • Hands-on experience with Git and React
  • Project Management skills to take tasks to completion
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and use investigation skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and debugging skills
