We are looking for an Intern to join our internal IT team this summer. This internship will support our IT team with managing hardware, imaging laptops, supporting our AV needs, and handling helpdesk tickets. Creating documentation to support our knowledge centered service approach to helpdesk ticketing will also be part of this role.

• This internship will be about 12-16 weeks, depending on what is required by the student, university, and major.
• Start dates are flexible but we anticipate this internship to start in May and end in August.
• This internship will work during normal business hours, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• This intern will need to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week. If an intern lives out of the Lancaster area and needs housing while working at Cargas over the summer, we partner with a local university to secure low cost, on-campus accommodations.
• This internship is paid.
