Position Summary

We’re looking for a Backend / Fullstack Developer to join our team of Phenom. In this position, you’ll work on our core product development.

We are expecting below skill expertise to full fill this role.

• 4+ years of strong experience in backend technologies like Core Java, J2EE, WebServices, Data Structures, Algorithms, Microservices.
• Good to have frontend technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON & any JS Frameworks, to step in as fullstack developer.
• Master Coder (Efficient Programming)
• Design one or more business critical Components/Services independently that are Scalable, Secure and has test coverage.
• Operational excellence - Customers needs are to be taken care
• Innovate and Easify

Responsibilities

Work Experience

• Experience in software development, product development organization experience preferred.
• Able to understand long-term technical architecture to support SAAS offering, directly impacting product development efforts.
• Be able to distill business objectives into technical solutions through effective system design
• Be able to work independently on a project-by project basis and also work in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
• Be able to provide technical and analytical solutions to evaluate the merits and challenges of a product idea
• Good to have experience of integrations with Third Party offerings
