The Internship Details:

  • This position is located in New York City or Minneapolis Minnesota
    • (potential for hybrid/remote TBD based on Covid19 protocols)
  • Hours are 8am-5pm (CST) / 9am-6pm (EST), Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (1hr unpaid lunch daily)
  • This is a paid internship ($17 per hour)

The Team / The Intern Experience:

In this internship you'll work alongside DailyPay's External Operations team focused on providing support to DailyPay's partnerships and end-users. This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Operations. Your intern responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Collaborate and learn from multiple cross-functional teams including Partner Support (B2B) and Escalation User Support (B2C) in addition to Revenue, Payments, and Engineering teams.
  • Review partner reporting on a range of employee payroll topics (e.g., time keeping, net earnings, data anomalies)
  • Capture partner insights to be shared with our product and engineering team to improve their CX
  • Investigate individual employee use cases with an eye for iteration on existing processes
  • Assist with various other operational projects
  • Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities
  • Assist in the collaboration of cross-functional groups
  • Manage project deadlines and ensuring milestones are delivered on time

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Technology / IT / Computer Science, Business, Communications or related field
  • In Fall 2022 you'll be entering your Junior or Senior year of your Bachelor's program
  • Interest in future work in client services or operations
  • Can build strong relationships through effective communication across multiple platforms
  • Can interact and collaborate cross functionally
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize daily tasks
  • Comfortable with large data manipulation and trend recognition
