In this role as a Salesforce Developer , you will be part of our Enterprise Applications team, responsible end to end for Nokia's applications’ portfolio, used across all Business Groups and Functions. Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform into a fast moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organization.

What you will learn and contribute to

Joining our Salesforce Team, you will key contributor at different phases including discovery and challenge of complex Business requirements, design/dependency analysis, develop, test, deploy and support delivery of complex/high quality Salesforce solutions.

As part of our team, you will:

• Works with clients to understand their needs, provide meaningful solutions and build strong relationships.
• Implement core development of new functionality, enhancements to existing functionality, and platform maintenance work
• Participate in technical design discussions, influencing thoughtful decisions about when to use configuration vs. coding
• Participate in the full application life cycle - design, development, QA testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with Technical Project Management, external development teams, and business partners to ensure customer success
• Design, develop and integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using modern web tools and technologies
• Assist in identifying and resolving defects encountered during different stages of project delivery, including during the deployment and implementation of the solution in production environments
• Grow with Salesforce by learning and implementing the latest Salesforce technologies and standard methodologies (PoCs)
• Work with technical teams, business system analysts and architects to finalize architecture specifications, and build a design as it relates to the customization and/or integration of software solutions
• Coordinate the work with and mentor junior team members.
  

Your Skills And Experience

You have:

• 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience on the Force.com platform
• 2+ years of professional object-oriented development experience with SFDC
• 3+ years of proven track record building solutions using Apex and SOQL/SOSL
• Hands on experience in developing Lightning apps and components using LWC or Aura
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience building sophisticated software systems that have been optimally delivered to customers
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies
• Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with both agile and waterfall implementation methodologies.
  

It would be nice if you also had:

• Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification
• Service Cloud specific XP
