Software Test Engineer

About The Role
The Software Test Engineer role, offers an exciting opportunity to analyze user needs and test software solutions using Agile methodology. You must be detail-oriented with great communication skills. Candidates should also be able to effectively multi-task while remaining flexible to changes in priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Creating test design documents with proper Test Coverage.

• Scripting software auotmation using Selenium/TestNG using Java.

• Following quality assurance process, practices, and full system development life cycles.

• Having knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and web client technologies.

• Troubleshooting and determining the root causes of the identified issues.

• Using SOAP and REST APIS for Webservice testing.

• Testing interfaces, reports, and Dashboards.

• Having knowledge in a Linux environment using Shell Scripting

• Demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Software Testing

• Have experience in writing SQL queries.

• Experience working in Azure DevOps Test management tool.

• Possess knowledge of working on Human Health Services, Eligibility (SNAP/TANF).

• Have a Bachelor's degree or related.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $62,370-$81,000.
