ARC is hiring for our Summer 2023 Intern Program! If you are eager to take on a challenging and rewarding Internship with a high-tech company surrounded by awesome professionals, then we want to hear from you. This internship will begin on June 5th 2023 and end on August 11th 2023. This is a paid program in which interns will work 30 to 40 hours per week. What You'll Get To Do

ARC's Software Engineering Intern will have the opportunity to learn to perform full life-cycle software development, including requirements gathering, software design, implementation, testing and deployment.

• Design, develop, test, implement and maintain enterprise applications to support business requirements.
• Follow approved life cycle methodologies, create design documents, and perform program coding and automated testing.
• Ensure technology solutions comply with technology standards.
• Evaluate and recommend technical feasibility and effort estimates of proposed technology solutions.
• Attend and participate in requirements review, design review, project status, defect tracking, and other project meetings as needed with stakeholders.
• Provide technical assistance in resolving user reported problems.
  

You'll Bring These Qualifications

• Active student in good standing currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s level program working towards a degree in a related field such as Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering
• International students who are authorized to be employed in the United States are eligible to apply
• Understanding of modern software development platforms and languages (Java, Javascript, C++, C#, etc.)
• Understanding of unit test automation. Exposure to test automation tools
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement/Delivery (CI/CD). Exposure to GIT, Jenkins, Sonar, and Jira is a plus
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with cloud technologies. AWS experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile development process
