The Opportunity
The Member Services Coordinator is a detail-oriented, investigative, and organized member of a small but mighty team. You will work with several internal teams to ensure enrollments are processed accurately and on time for clients who need manual processing. You will also build relationships with several of our carrier partners and third- party enrollment vendor to ensure enrollments are processed and discrepancies are resolved. You'll be a self-starter using your analytical skills to recognize issues and patterns in enrollment discrepancies .
Responsibilities:
- Build cutting-edge scalable systems by writing simple and efficient code and push your design and architecture limits for new product development.
- Optimising APIs for any applications while creating and maintaining unit tests for new code and fixing defects.
- Taking initiatives in developing and maintaining integrations of best practices within the backend department.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
- Monitoring system uptime and errors to drive us toward a high performing and reliable product.
- Take ownership and understand the need for code quality, elegance, and robust infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in design and implementation of APIs.
- Strong hold in Algorithms and Problem solving.
- Capable of designing, building and testing your stable modules independently and be accountable.
- Hands on experience with programming languages like Python, Go, Node.js and Java.
- Expertise in at least two of the following: Web Development, System and API Design, Distributed Systems and Error Monitoring, Database Modelling and Design.
