The Opportunity


Adobe is creating the world's most complete platform for buying and selling stock assets. Are you an experienced, diligent individual who loves working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, program management, and customers? Do you love making data-driven design decisions?


As the Product Intern for Adobe's Real-time Customer Data Platform, you will drive the planning and implementation of ground breaking features for an industry leading Customer Data Platform. Planning includes doing competitive analyses, identifying near-term and long-term opportunities for the product, and defining internal and external developer requirements for features. This position requires customer vision, technical depth, and strategic focus.


What You'll Do


Work in partnership with other Product Managers, Engineering, Business Development, Developer Relations, Evangelism, Market Research and Partners to translate business needs into product requirements and integrate those into product/service development plans.

  • Work closely with Engineering to prioritize the delivery of product requirements based upon market conditions and engineering efficiencies.
  • Work with Adobe Research to ensure that we are using the latest technology, algorithms and data science techniques in designing our product features
  • Assist on key customer and partner opportunities including sales calls, presentation development, and messaging and value proposition refinement.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Privacy, Marketing, IT and Customer Care to ensure that all vital programs are in place to drive successful execution of the product strategy.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating between December 2022 - June 2023
  • 3+ years prior experience in Software Industry, developing products at scale.
  • Demonstrated the ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineering team to solve technical challenges.
  • Interest in analyzing trends, understanding customer needs and translating these into strategies for feature development.
  • Ability to plan, organize, negotiate, and establish priorities to achieve results.
  • Experience in Agile, Lean and/or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience developing product plans encompassing new product initiatives and competitive responses for software or web.
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field (or deep technical experience)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to clearly articulate technical solutions and architecture to internal and external audiences; ability to drive consensus and forward motion
  • Ability to shape constructive dialogue across a dynamic organization
  • Experience with Adobe's Digital Marketing tools (Analytics, Target, Adobe Audience Manager, etc), interactive design
