We are seeking candidates for a paid internship at our Rethink office located in Chelsea, NYC. As an IT Intern, you will help with day-to-day projects, research, and administration within our Information Technology department. This internship is a part-time temporary role, with the possibility to extend.

Responsibilities of an IT Intern Include:

  • Supporting the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.

  • Assisting with troubleshooting issues and providing technical support.

  • Organizing and maintaining IT resources.

  • Producing documentation on internal software product capabilities.
    Researching and recommending new software solutions.

Qualifications for an IT Intern Include:

  • Strong presentation skills and comfort with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proficiency in computer networking.

  • Ability to conduct independent research, synthesize what you’ve learned and use that knowledge to inform good business decisions.

  • Ability to convey technical information in layman’s terms.


  • Pay: $15.00 per hour
  • 401(k) + Company Match
  • This role is not medical benefits eligible
