As an Associate Product Manager within the Information Technology Group, you will be a key member of the Client Experience Technologies group, an established team within Capital Group driving the implementation of industry leading technology. You will drive, define, and prioritize delivery of solutions that enable a best-in-class Sales and Service experience in Capital Group's Distribution organizations.

The role presents intellectual and technical challenges with a significant opportunity for business impact. You will be integral to identify customer needs and defining customer experiences and solutions to those needs in the form of features and functionality. Your work will directly support the product roadmap for enabling key business capabilities and achieving the defined vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams turn around solutions in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, working with those teams and leadership to clear roadblocks. You will help to establish success measures aligned to desired business outcomes and vision.

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a business analysis, solution design, or product manager capacity

  • You are a self-starter with experience analyzing and understanding customer needs and translating those needs and requirements into product features and solution alternatives, applying critical thinking to enable trade-off conversations and decision-making

  • You've been successful delivering high quality solutions in a complex, fast paced environment

  • You're perceived as a technical expert, thought leader, and a trusted business partner

  • Your analytical skills are superb. You have demonstrated success identifying and solving ambiguous problems

  • You have proven ability identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs

  • You have knowledge or background in multiple functional areas, including user experience, engineering, change management, operations, and support

  • You have experience delivering briefings and presentations on business needs and recommended solutions to leaders and key stakeholders within Business and IT
