About the job

As a Software Engineering Intern, you will gain real-world experience working on a team of software engineers, product owners, and designers. The candidate will also get to learn the development tools and practices that Q2 uses. These interns will be able to dive into a high-profile project and have a real-time impact on what we accomplish as a team.

The intern will work with software projects that support our Financial Institutions and internal teams. The work will include real-world exposure to front-end coding, and developing UI components for our shared Design System according to guidelines provided by designers and developers.

Major: Computer Science (preferred); Information Technology; Computer Information Systems; Engineering

Graduation Date: May 2023 (rising senior) or May 2024 (rising junior) may apply

Requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication; ability to concentrate and focus on the problem assigned
  • Pursuing a Computer Science degree
  • Knowledge and experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Experience with MS Office and the Atlassian Suite of products – Jira, Confluence, etc.
