Roles And Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and documenting solutions to meet the client’s business needs
  • Assist with the scoping and planning of Salesforce and CRM related projects
  • Elicit and document requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needs
  • Create actionable user stories and acceptance criteria based on gathered business requirements
  • Document business processes discovered during client workshops using industry standard best practices
  • Perform routine Salesforce administration and configuration functions of simple to medium complexity
  • Create documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes) associated with Salesforce projects
  • Participate and coordinate the delivery of work product with onshore / offshore teams across project phases
Skills And Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years in a consulting function
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 1+ full life cycle Salesforce implementation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • Strong oral and written and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • For consultants based outside of India, willingness to travel up to 80%
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
Preferred
  • Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud Certification
  • Salesforce App Builder
