The ideal candidate will have a knack for taking complex topics and simplifying them into efficient, simple assets and resources for sellers. They will also be driven to improve our current content and find ways to achieve large-scale impact for the Enterprise Transformation program. This role will support bringing together what the business needs sellers to know and what their extended teams need to effectively leverage the Enterprise Transformation program. Our goal is to deliver an engagement & awareness strategy, and supporting assets, which make is easy for our enterprise sales teams to understand our program, leverage it and most importantly help our customers achieve their strategic business goals. This is a worldwide role that will include interaction with teams in countries outside of the United States, requiring a strong ability to communicate effectively and understand the different needs of both global customers and sellers.

Amazon internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 consecutive weeks, starting May/June 2022. Applicants should have at a minimum one quarter/semester remaining after their internship concludes. Roles and Responsibilities
Evaluate where improvements can be made in our content strategy and develop innovative and creative content solutions to drive sellers, and their extended team's, use of the Enterprise Transformation program Create and update a portfolio of solution and sales enablement assets that maximizes sellers' ability to prepare for customer discussions across the program sales journey Contribute to an asset gap analysis for our core team, support prioritizing critical needs and take ownership to produce new portfolio of assets that can repeatedly be used Explore how new and emerging communication methods and content formats can be leveraged and integrate them into our content and enablement strategy Use data to not only drive content strategy but also measure effectiveness of content initiatives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuing a Bachelor's in a relevant field such as communications, media arts & design or marketing graduating between December 2022 and September 2023 Demonstrated expertise at directly creating bar-raising content in varying formats (presentations, videos, briefs, infographics) Strong written, verbal, and visual communications skills Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives Experience with tools such as the Adobe suite, video editing software, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1+ year of work experience with solid career progression in the field of content strategy and/or seller enablement Experience in understanding how content supports seller activities across lifecycle stages to drive customer discussions and opportunity generation for different seller personas Advanced experience with tools such as the Adobe suite, video editing software, etc.
