We provide interested prospects with the right information and the right context at the right time to help decision makers fully understand all that HubSpot has to offer them. In This Role, You Will Need To

Build the ideal solution to a prospect's needs pre-sale

Understand and qualify customers’ goals and challenges

Lead technical pre-sales conversations and discovery

Drive conversations with our prospects around integration and data migration

Develop relationships with our customers & partner channels
-
Develop relationships with our sales team & sales leadership, and work with them to ensure they are delighting our customers & prospects

Be the voice of the product to the sales org & work with our product team to make sure they are solving for the customer

Train the sales teams on product updates, new features & enable them to talk about it

Contribute to team & cross-functional projects to support the SE team initiatives

Help shape the future of HubSpot's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills
What are the role requirements?

A relevant degree or equivalent qualification
-
English Fluency
-
Experience with SaaS & cloud-based software
-
Experience in a consultative, customer-facing role
-
Strong business acumen and storytelling skills
-
Background in Sales/Solutions Engineer, Customer Success, Technical Consultant or Project Management a plus
-
Some knowledge of digital marketing and sales/service process is a plus
-
Fundamental understanding of client-server relationship and how an API works

Cash compensation range: 155000-195000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
